Brush and Breathe
Join me at the Cultural Arts Alliance Bayou Arts Center on Wednesdays from 12:30-3:30 for a weekly class based on an exploration into the nature and process of painting with watercolors. Includes traditional and explorative techniques using primarily transparent paints to achieve both loose and realistic compositions. Different themes are offered each month, you may use the provided image or bring similar images. Each month’s topic and skills are patterned by the Tuesday class offerings. For a nominal fee a small courtesy supply kit available as well by requesting in advance.

- Group Classes Wednesday October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29.
What glorious sunsets we have along the Emerald coast in October. Learn to go from that breathtaking shot to well composed painting. We will be re-composing the above location for this month’s lessons.
- Skills this month: simplifying & re-composing the shot and painting gradient washes with silhouettes.
- There are up to 3 compositions this month to paint. Each is a 1-2-class project painting, depending on skills! The class is suitable for adults with minimal to some experience with painting.

- Note that their automated ticket sales does not alert me, the instructor, of class participants.
- You may also order a limited supply kit prior to class below which will include paints, paper and "loner" brushes. See the kit offered here on my site. Please order at least 24 hours prior to class to allow preparation time.
