September Group Watercolor on Wednesdays at Bayou Arts Center
“Explorations in The Nature of Watercolor the medium that doesn’t like to be bossed.”
Join me at the Cultural Arts Alliance Bayou Arts Center on Wednesdays from 12:30-3:30 for a weekly class based on an exploration into the nature and process of painting with watercolors. Includes traditional and explorative techniques using primarily transparent paints to achieve both loose and realistic compositions. . Different themes are offered each month, you may use the provided image or bring similar image. Each month’s topic and skills are patterned by the Tuesday class offerings. A supply list and reverence materials will be provided after registration. For a nominal fee a small courtesy supply kit available as well by requesting in advance.

Group Classes Wednesday’s Cultural Arts Alliance at the Bayou Arts Center:

Fall into the enchanting world of watercolors in our classes as we implore techniques to bring these heady
colors to
life. You will be able to walk away with inspiration to apply techniques to various other compositions. Skills this month stress skills in foreshortening and controlled pour.
- This is a 3-class project for this painting! The class is suitable for adults with minimal to some experience with painting. Art Supplies are available at Artful Things for your purchase.
